CANCELLATION POLICY

We fully understand that life happen and sometimes things interfere with the best plans. Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy to avoid disappointment if you need to change or cancel a booking.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be paid in full before arrival, you'll recieve an automated email with a link to pay the balance 7 days before you arrive.

Cancellation and postponement policy:

If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date the full 50% deposit is forfeit.

 

If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival 100% of the booking value is forfeit and any outstanding amount will be due. This excludes any extras.

If we are able to resell the cancelled dates (even if it's within the cancellation penalty period) we'll gladly refund any money paid to date minus bank charges and commissions.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made for extenuating circumstances (this includes things such as medical or family emergencies), but please communicate with us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate changes.
